Do you offer telehealth or in-person appointments?
All services are provided via secure telehealth for adolescents and adults located in Florida. In-person appointments are offered on designated dates twice per month for those who prefer face-to-face visits.
What happens during the first appointment?
The initial psychiatric evaluation includes a comprehensive review of symptoms, history, and treatment goals. Together, we will discuss options and develop a personalized plan.
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes. Medication management is offered when clinically appropriate, using a thoughtful and evidence-based approach. Treatment decisions are collaborative and individualized.
What conditions do you treat?
Treatment is available for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, sleep difficulties, and related mental health conditions. Please see the “Conditions We Treat” section above for more detailed information.
How long are appointments?
Initial psychiatric evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes.
Follow-up appointments are typically 20 minutes and focus on monitoring progress, addressing concerns, and adjusting treatment as needed.
Do you treat adolescents?
Yes. For minors, parental or guardian involvement is required as part of the treatment process.
Do you accept insurance?
Select insurance plans are accepted, and self-pay options are available. Please refer to the "Rates & Insurance" page for detailed information.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Prompt appointment availability is offered, including limited same-day openings when scheduling permits.
What if my medication is out of stock at the pharmacy?
Medication availability may vary by pharmacy and location. If your pharmacy notifies you that your medication is out of stock, please contact or text the office at (561) 621-2903 with the name and location of an alternative pharmacy that has the medication available. Prescriptions can be redirected when appropriate.
Please note that medication inventory and supply issues are determined by the pharmacy and are outside of the practice’s control.
What if I need a bridge prescription?
If you anticipate running out of medication before your next appointment, please contact the office as soon as possible.
Non-controlled medications may be bridged at no additional cost when clinically appropriate.
Controlled medication bridge prescriptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A $30 administrative fee applies, and bridge prescriptions are limited to a maximum 7-day supply. Approval is not guaranteed.
Patients are encouraged to schedule follow-up appointments in advance to prevent interruptions in treatment.
